Wheelchair-adapted transport
Vehicles equipped for wheelchairs, walkers and visually impaired passengers. Trained drivers, door-to-door service, waiting time during medical appointments. Mutuelle reimbursement available for dialysis, oncology and radiotherapy. Pricing: €12 base + €1.95/km in Brussels, €1.65 in Wallonia.
Daily meals delivered
Hot meals delivered daily, or chilled weekly packs. Diabetic, low-salt, gluten-free, soft-texture and vegetarian diets supported. €9.50 per meal, CPAS contribution possible.
Home help (housekeeping)
Cleaning, ironing, laundry, light shopping via the titres-services system. €9 per voucher, 30% tax deduction in Brussels/Wallonia (effective cost ~€6.30/h), 20% in Flanders.
Day companionship
Half-day or full-day support: walks, cognitive activities, companionship, accompanied outings to events. €45 per half-day.
Administrative support
Complete file handling: APA (allowance for older persons), disability card, MyHandicap, tax declaration, housing adaptations, energy support. Useful when you live abroad. €95 per file.
Robotics (Phase 5–7)
Coming features: fall detection sensors (Vitalbase/Tunstall), connected medication reminders, AI voice companion (an AI calls your parent for daily conversations in their language), telepresence screens.
